What We Do

Swanson Construction builds new stick built homes in Interlochen and Lake Ann, which are near Traverse City, Michigan.

We build "Spec Homes" meaning that we build homes on our own property to our specifications, and then put the house for sale when it is nearing completion.  Sorry, we do not do custom homes or sell vacant property to the public.

About Us

Tom Swanson is a licenced builder and is President of Swanson Construction, Inc.  We have been is business since 1974 and have built over 500 homes in the Traverse City, Michigan area.
